It has been a busy and exciting start to the year, with GPSN clubs across Australia hosting Orientation Week stalls and events to welcome new medical students.
Hundreds of enthusiastic first-year students stopped by their local GPSN stalls to learn more about the organisation, connect with fellow students and sign up as GPSN members. These events provide an important opportunity for new medical students to meet their local club representatives and discover how GPSN can support them throughout their medical school journey.
We would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who visited a stall, signed up and got involved – we are thrilled to welcome so many new members to the GPSN community.
Orientation Week events are a key part of introducing students to GPSN early in their medical education, helping them build connections with peers and learn more about future career pathways in general practice and rural generalism.
