NSW & ACT state-based event

An update on GPSN first NSW/ACT state-based event for 2019

Participate in a state-based GPSN event

An exciting new initiative for 2019 is our state-based events. These are fantastic collaborative events co-run by several local GPSN clubs within each state, and are excellent opportunities for GPSN members to meet like-minded people from other universities, whilst developing new skills and learning about the exciting and diverse career that is general practice.

Notably, we have the New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia events coming up over the next few months. Keep an eye out for details from your local GPSN club.

Our NSW/ACT event looks to be a fantastic evening with guest speakers, exciting clinical skills and lots of networking opportunities. Not to mention the opportunity to meet different medical students from around NSW and ACT.

  • Event title: GPSN First Steps
  • Date: March 30
  • Venue: Old Teacher's College, University of Sydney
  • Registrations: here

What we have planned...

Promising an afternoon of fascinating talks from esteemed guest speakers about a kaleidoscope of topics ranging from life as a GP to the various sub-specialties available in General Practice, followed by hands-on clinical skills sessions that will teach techniques that will be used for the future of our medical careers, this is an event that absolutely cannot be missed!
