The Research Working Group will provide members with opportunities to develop their research skills, support them in research projects and create contacts with academics.

2016 projects

  • Survey of Medical Students and GPs to inform GPSN Optimal Placement Guide
  • GPSN Research Database – establishing a national database containing a list of GPs university academics, researchers with their research projects and/or interests which students can then access to pursue and thus forming a connection between GPs/academics and students in primary care research
  • Establishing connections with organisations such as RACGP to facilitate greater student interest in primary care research
  • Groundwork for Online Research Support Seminars
