Reflecting on our journey
As we reach this mid-year point, I encourage you all to reflect on your experiences and achievements so far.
The journey through medical school is challenging but immensely rewarding.
Take this time to assess your progress, set new goals, and continue to support one another.
Remember, the GPSN community is here to help you every step of the way.

We have an exciting line-up of events and initiatives planned for the remainder of the year.
From national conferences to local club activities, there are numerous opportunities to get involved and make a difference.

Addressing burnout: Preparing for the end of the year
Now is a good time to think about burnout because, as we approach the end of the year, many of us will be starting to prepare for final exams.
They may seem far away at this current moment, but now is the time to start thinking and preparing for the final hustle and bustle. Take care of yourself, create habits and routines.
As James Clear says, “You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems,” and now is the time to be thinking about creating the systems you need to have a less stressful exam time.
